Panfocaccia Novoforno

PANFOCACCIA Novoforno, a totally natural product with no cholesterol, has a rectangular but irregular shape, typical of a handmade product. Due to its characteristics it lends itself very well to being stuffed, giving the consumer the feeling of eating a rustic and very tasty product. It is a very popular product as a substitute for bread and is also appreciated for accompanying meats, cheeses and salads. It is also used as a snack, to accompany aperitifs and in Happy Hours.


Re-milled durum wheat semolina, water, sea salt, brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour. Seasoning: diced tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, oregano salt.


Allow the product to defrost completely (about 30 minutes). Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Remove the product from the packaging and place in the oven. Leave to brown in a hot oven for about 8-10 min. Remove the product from the oven after browning and allow to cool.
