Breads, focaccias and all our culinary specialties are today produced as in the old days: with natural ingredients of the highest quality, slow leavening and the expert work of master bakers who pass on their knowledge from generation to generation.
Many of our recipes are based on re-milled durum wheat semolina, produced in our region, an ingredient with unique sensory characteristics, which gives the final product its flavor, its easy digestibility and its duration. All our ingredients are GMO-free.
To satisfy consumer demand and to supply the most natural products possible, Novoforno uses the following flours in production:
Remilled durum wheat semolina, conventional and organic;
Type 1 soft wheat flour, conventional and organic;
Wholemeal flour and soft wheat (rich in fiber), conventional and organic.
