Taralli with Fennel Seeds

They can be defined as one of the oldest and most traditional products from the Apulian cuisine, combined with fennel seed to create a unique aroma.

 

There are many forms and varieties on the market, as these are prepared in different regions of southern Italy such as Puglia, Campania and Calabria and in each of them are cooked differently.
