Schiacciata, has characteristics similar to those of the Novoforno focaccia but with a rectangular shape with irregular edges to enhance the peculiarity of craftsmanship. Like all Novoforno products, Schiacciata is produced with 100% natural ingredients, without additives, preservatives and cholesterol.
To appreciate it at the table, as a snack or as an accompaniment in the aperitif is a moment. The many ways to satisfy the most demanding palates can be prepared. Cut into slices it can be filled with salami, vegetables, mozzarella and cheese. 280 grams of pleasure contain the essence and flavors of a land, Puglia, millenary in the tradition of bakery products.
