Novoforno returns as a protagonist at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, North America’s most important specialty food trade show. From June 29 to July 1, 2026, our booth at the Javits Center welcomed buyers, importers, and distributors from across the American continent.

Pugliese focaccia captivates the American market

This year we presented our complete range of frozen bakery products: from the classic Bari-style focaccia with cherry tomatoes and olives, to artisan pizza bases made with remilled durum wheat semolina, traditional Pugliese taralli, and our palm oil-free biscuit line.

American buyers showed particular interest in our frozen focaccia, a product that is rapidly gaining shelf space in major US retailers’ freezer sections. The quality of ingredients — remilled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, mother yeast — and artisan craftsmanship make the difference compared to industrial competitors.

Altamura PDO Bread: a Puglia ambassador to the world

Our Altamura PDO Bread attracted great curiosity — Italy’s first bread to receive Protected Designation of Origin status. We shared with visitors the centuries-old history of Altamura bread-making, from the selection of Murgia grains to wood-fired oven baking.

Private label: opportunities for US distributors

A central theme at our booth was our private label service. With IFS Higher Level and BRC certifications, we can produce under the distributor’s brand with the highest international food safety standards. Numerous retailers expressed interest in customized focaccia and taralli lines.
